We pack your new chair using the best safety standards for travel if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days.
Due to high volumes, the signature is not required on our shipments. It is very important to make sure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package on the expected ETA.
