Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) Soft Cap -- Scarce Green and Black

Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) green soft cap with black oval and yellow anchor.  This cap was probably manufactured in 1944 or 1945.  The ink stamp indicates that it was manufactured and/or accepted by Yokosuka (
横須賀
)
Naval Arsenal.  The combination of green body with black oval and yellow anchor is scarce.  The green-body caps typically have a green-oval insignia.  The hat is unissued in near mint condition.
