THIS, POCKET/IWB CARRY SHEATH IS A VERY POPULAR STYLE OF CARRY FOR SMALLER EDC STYLE KNIVES. SHEATH ONLY! FITS INTO YOUR POCKET WITH A PORTION OF THE HANDLE PROTRUDING FOR EASY DRAW AND RE SHEATHING. It is adjustable up and down as well, according to how much handle protrudes from pocket and it gives several ways to mount the ulticlip.  IWB CAPABLE AS WELL.
